The EPS-Parallel Box is an automatic switchover box from grid operation to island operation for parallel-connected (master-slave system) Solax hybrid inverters. The EPS-Parallel Box enables the connection and operation of up to 5 hybrid inverters in EPS mode (off-grid). In the event of a power outage, the EPS-Parallel Box disconnects the connection to the public power grid fully automatically. Within less than 2 seconds, the BOX switches to island operation, so the house continues to be supplied with solar energy from the PV system and the connected batteries. As soon as the public power grid is available again, the system switches back to parallel grid operation fully automatically.
SOLAX X3-Hybrid series inverter provides the parallel connection which could make ten inverter maxiumumly connected in one system to deliver larger output power.In order to delivering power to some important large loads steadily both in on-grid or off-grid status, the hybrid system should connect a large changeover device to achieve parallel functions in any conditions.
